Are the Easton Hype Fire -5 bats Illegat in ECTB tournaments?

As of 4/8/24 ECTB has banned the Drop 5 (-5) Easton Hype Fire bats from play. Drop 8 (-8) & Drop 10 (-10) Hype Fire’s are still legal for play.
