In the event of a ECTB tournament cancellation, the contact listed for each team in the system will be notified via email. We ask that you please keep your email address updated in the system to ensure you receive all emails.

Any coach, parent or player that also signs up for the Rainedout Text Message will also be notified of any cancellations. The rainedout text message is only available for ECTB tournaments and doesn’t include In the Net tournaments. Every ECTB tournament has its own unique text code so you must sign up for each tournament in order to receive the text message alerts. The instructions and text code for each tournament is listed on top of the tournament schedules online.

Rainedout INSTRUCTIONS

1. Begin a new text message on your phone.
2. The message will be Sent To: 84483
3. In the message, type your keyword (this keyword can be found on the top of each tournament schedule for ECTB Lehigh Valley events only)
4. Wait for confirmation message
5. You are in!! You will never miss another important message from ECTB regarding the upcoming event.
