Cancellation must be received by 6 p.m., 2 day(s) prior to the day of arrival or will result in a penalty of 1 night’s room plus tax. In the case of a “last minute” cancellation of a tournament due to an “Act of God” ( example, weather, etc) by the tournament, Individuals or teams must contact the hotel DIRECTLY. Note: The “Act of God” ie, weather cancellation only applies to reservations made through the Creative Travel Group website and booked with the “Special Event Rate”.
